Kuala Lumpur's favorite restaurant pub, Jarrod and Rawlins, 

opens its third existing branch in the upscale Bangsar neighborhood. 

Located in a shoplot on tranquil Jalan Bangkung, Jarrod & Rawlins Bangkung is modelled after a modern British gastro pub, serving wholesome and hearty food in a smart yet inviting environment suitable for all occasions.

“Jalan Bangkung is a great location for Jarrod & Rawlins as it is located in a cosy strip of a good neighbourhood,” says founder Denis Rawlins. “We are pleased to continue providing a relaxed environment with good food and drink, principles on which the Jarrod & Rawlins brand is built on.”

As Jarrod & Rawlins continues to evolve as a mainstay of KL’s dining scene, it has introduced a fresh and exciting look to its latest addition.

Comfortable seating

Elegant sage green walls, comfy booths and large mirrors make up the tastefully decorated restaurant and bar. The charming and convivial environment makes it an excellent place for lunch meetings, dinner parties and gatherings. Al fresco opportunities exist on the pleasant sidewalk.

As with other Jarrod & Rawlins branches, J&R Bangkung is the perfect foodie destination, whether you are after an indulgent Full Works breakfast or a leisurely Sunday Roast lunch. The menu features Jarrod & Rawlins’ all-time favourite sausages, hearty sandwiches and gourmet burgers, along with satisfying pastas and well-liked pub classics. 

We were treated to light bites of Jarrod & Rawlin's signature dishes along with yummy choices of white or red wines, beers, and cocktails throughout the night!

Soft, fluffy scrambled eggs topped on a crispy toast accompanied with a sliced of fresh salmon and popping black caviar! What's there not to love about this combination? :)

This is one dish where the saying 'Simplicity at its best' fits so perfectly. The sweetness from the fresh, juicy watermelon compliments the salty flavor from the feta cheese, not forgetting the cool finish from the touch of Mint Salsa drizzled on top.

'The Full Works' downsized breakfast is definitely my favorite! Combining the flavors of half a quail egg, baked beans, sausage, mushroom and crouton, it is like a whole breakfast in one bite alone!

A thin pizza base topped with sausages, tomato sauce covered with cheese, though a tad bit spicy, this is one addictive dish! 

If you enjoy Mexican flavors on your plate, be sure to try this one out when you visit! Chili Con Carne,  a bowl of minced beef, beans and spices served with tortilla is definitely a good choice for appetizers!

Due to space constraints, the popular Jarrod & Rawlins delicatessen is not a feature at this branch but is easily found in its neighbouring branch in Damansara Heights and in their branch in Ampwalk. With J&R Bangkung in Bangsar, Jarrod & Rawlins now has branches in prime locations across Kuala Lumpur and one in Kota Kinabalu, offering a variety of dining experiences to cater to everyone.
