Breakfast, executively on the 17th floor @ Eastin hotel, PJ

French toast

Continuing about my luxurious weekend stay at Eastin hotel, after a wonderful, fulfilling buffet dinner over at Eyuzu Japanese cuisine the night before, breakfast awaits us the following morning at the Executive Lounge located on the 17th floor of Eastin hotel, PJ.

Dining area at the Executive Lounge

As you can tell from the pictures, the lounge is beautifully decorated with a touch of elegance and comfort. The Executive Lounge is pretty petite in space though as this floor is reserved only for those staying in the Executive suites but even though small, you won't find yourself crowding with everyone else for breakfast.

We were supposedly asked to meet for breakfast at 8am but got pushed to 9am because who would want to wake up so early on a Sunday, right? But even so, I only arrived at 9.30am because I was up the night before handling a project (that is soon to be revealed here when the time is right!) so I needed that extra '5 more minutes' of sleep. :P

Nonetheless, breakfast served at the Executive Lounge is constantly refilled and kept warm. :)

And here is breakfast...

Types of bread for you to choose from

Mini Chocolate muffins

Cereals & Nuts

Nestle yogurts

 Salad

Chicken sausages

Golden Hash Browns

Golden Banana Pancake with Cream and Maple Syrup

 Omelette ordered from the kitchen

Two scrambled eggs with Chicken sausages

Beef bacon

Baked beans

Juices

Fresh fruits

I don't know about you but I personally love breakfast buffet at hotels despite having similar dishes served at most hotels. Somehow, simple breakfast pleasures like scrambled eggs and chicken sausages taste so much better than the ones you try to make back home. Maybe I was still in the pampered mood when I was dining, but nonetheless it was a decent morning satisfied with good simple delicacies.

After breakfast comes checking out and the moment I stood by the front desk returning my card keys, I already started missing the suite, the bed and the bath tub! :(

Thank you Eastin hotel for inviting me to such wonderful weekend away.
It has definitely lessen the stress that I have carried over the last few workloads even though it was just a 2D1N stay.

  2. I love the breakfast buffet too but it's more because the hotels usually serve my favorite items like sunny-side up, cereals or even yoghurt.

Man, I'm sure Eastin's breakfast buffet must have satisfied your tummy. =)
